Compensation: $17-$20 per hour, dependent on experience.

As a Cook/Kitchen Prep person, you will be responsible for:
- Using the correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.
- Following Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.
- Prepare and cook a variety of quality dishes, following Bricktown Brewery’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent flavor, presentation, and portioning.
- Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory as-needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Duties of this position will also include:
- Set up of kitchen equipment.
- Verification of stock.
- Cleaning of cooking equipment.
- Managing the flow of food orders.
- Following sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements of this position include:
- A good sense of balance, the ability to multi-task, lift up to 50 pounds waist high and stand for long periods of time.
- A qualified applicant must have basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, and the willingness to work with others as a team.
- The ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
- This position also requires you to use motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
