Key Responsibilities:
- Take Accurate Orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
- Process Payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server is a plus but not required - we’ll train the right person!
- Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and skilled in communication.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods while carrying food and beverages.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support your coworkers.
